Jonathan Leach

Jonathan Leach focuses his legal practice on tort litigation involving automobile collisions and premises liability cases with property damage and personal injury. Additionally, he handles cases based on toxic torts, products liability and stormwater discharge.

Mr. Leach also handles a variety of commercial cases, including contract and business disputes and landlord and tenant disputes for both individuals and corporations.

Mr. Leach is very accessible to his clients and believes that direct communication and candor with clients and opposing parties is the best way to resolve disputes in a timely and cost-effective manner.

Mr. Leach earned his J.D. at the University of Georgia School of Law and received his B.A. from Emory University. He is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia; Georgia Supreme Court; and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
